To apply for activation of the platform you must have: VAT number, website, Facebook Business Manager.

Per WhatsApp rules, not all commercial activities can use the official API. In general, we can say that the following are excluded: illegal/illegal activities, selling alcohol, tobacco, medicines, sex toys and live animals. For more information, click here

In order to use Spoki, you need to request and approve a dedicated WhatsApp number, so you cannot make test sendings without having activated the platform and made a recharge.

You can use your WhatsApp Business number or provide us with a new phone number, even a landline. In all cases, the number you provide us with will be enabled to support WhatsApp’s official API and you will not be able to use that number on traditional WhatsApp Apps.

Inoltre sarebbe utile aver maggiori metriche nei report delle campagne in modo da analizzare e monitorare i risultati.

Raggiungi direttamente i tuoi clienti Utilizzo Spoki solo da qualche mese e quasi sicuramente neanche a pieno regime, ma di certo ho subito notato la differenza nel raggiungere gli utenti rispetto ai tradizionali metodi, come ad esempio la newsletter. Sicuramente è uno strumento molto più adatto all'automationa rispetto alla "promotion"pura, ma si adatta benissimo anche a quest'ultimo obiettivo. Assistenza ottima, facilità di utilizzo e funzionalità migliorabili, ma già di elevato livello, costi da monitorare. Nel complesso, soddisfatto dell'acquisto, certo il continuo utilizzo mi darà la possibilità di valutare al meglio tutte le criticità e potenzialità, ma ad oggi lo consiglio sicuramente.
