By integrating Spoki with Klaviyo you will use WhatsApp in your Marketing Automation strategy, sending scheduled notifications to your customers.

Actions on the Spoki Platform:

  • Click on ‘Automations’ in the menu;
  • Go to the ‘Create’ button in the top right-hand corner;
  • Press the ‘Add Start Step’ button and select ‘Klaviyo’;
  • Copy the link that you will have to insert into Klaviyo;
  • Enter a template as automation step;
  • Click on ‘Save’.

You can add a Step Webhook anywhere in your Klaviyo workflows with a Spoki automation URL (it will be generated by Spoki as a Klaviyo Trigger) – giving you great flexibility and ensuring that you send the WhatsApp message at the right time.

  • Create a new Flow or select an existing one;
