  1. A conversation is a session lasting 24 hours from the first message exchanged with the customer (see our manual for more details). The price of the conversation varies according to the country of the person you are writing to. The price indicated applies to recipients in Italy. See all rates. In the Plus and Professional plans, the cost per conversation and the minimum recharge to be made are indicated
  2. The onboarding phase is necessary in order to activate the WhatsApp Cloud API channel. This is a delicate process in which you send us your business data, which is then Meta-checked. This activation process is done in several steps and can take several days. All you need to do is follow the instructions that we will send you from time to time necessary instructions. We are however available to assist you in this step for a small fee.
  3. Each plan requires a minimum and specific recharge. Top-ups are valid for 3 months. You can activate the Plus and Professional plans and top-up at a later date. Only the Starter plan requires an initial top-up in advance, which is essential to proceed with activation.
  4. Agents are the users who can access the same company account.
  5. Total contacts that can be uploaded and managed in the platform. Once the number of contacts provided for in the plan has been exhausted, it will no longer be possible to add new contacts unless you switch to the next plan. A contact is equivalent to a uniquely managed telephone number.
  6. Telephone, email or WhatsApp support is only available for bugs or malfunctions. For everything else, you can use the user manual at support.spoki.co.uk.
  7. Up to a maximum of 2 hours per month of dedicated support
  8. Satisfied or refunded: a refund is provided only if requested by the customer via email (at info@spoki.it) within 30 days of purchasing the Spoki service in the following cases:
    • 8.1 Number activation not carried out
    • 8.2 Activation completed and top-up amount not spent,
    • 8.3 Activation completed and top-up amount partially spent (the activation amount + unused residual credit will be refunded);
    • 8.4 Activation completed and top-up amount spent in full (the amount relating exclusively to activation will be refunded);
    • 8.5 In the event of a ban on the number by WhatsApp following a message sending, only the unused credit will be refunded (not the activation amount).
    • 8.6. Upgrading plans does not fall into the activation category and is not subject to the money back guarantee conditions.
  9. For the purpose of calculating the 3 months of validity of top-ups, this period is to be understood as 90 calendar days.
